Vineet Nalawalla is a qualified Solicitor from the Bombay Incorporated Law Society and heads the Firm’s real estate practice. He also co-heads the Private Equity in Real Estate and Hotels and Hospitality practices. With an experience of almost two decades as a dedicated real estate specialist, Vineet has extensive experience in the space and provides comprehensive services tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clientele by representing in a broad range of real estate related transactions including property acquisition, disposition and financing, advising on joint ventures for development of real estate, developments and investments in real estate to assisting with leasing agreements and property and asset management contracts in all aspects, he provides strategic guidance at every stage of the process.

He represents prominent domestic developers, and various domestic and foreign businesses, in addressing their real estate concerns across India.
