Rahul Dwarkadas leads the Litigation and White Collar Crime practices of the firm with an experience of over 2 decades. He handles a broad variety of disputes spanning across multiple industries such as media, pharmaceutical, real estate, corporate, securities and banking as well as FCPA, labour, employment and anti-bribery related matters. He represents a range of corporates (domestic and international) in commercial litigation and arbitrations, and has represented clients in several landmark judgments. Rahul’s expertise extends to matters involving regulatory issues as well having advised on varied matters which include schemes of restructuring and insolvency petitions. He has considerable experience in advising on cases in the Supreme Court and High Court, as well as appearing before various tribunals and quasi-judicial fora across India. Rahul also heads the pro bono practice of the firm.
