Manav Raheja specializes in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity & Venture Capital, Joint Ventures, Data Privacy and Employment Law matters, with an experience of almost two decades. He represents strategic and financial investors on investment, acquisition and sale transactions, including share/asset sales and acqui-hires in the technology, manufacturing, financial services, pharma, infrastructure and other sectors. Manav also actively advises on matters relating to Fintech, data privacy, media and telecommunications.

He is presently the National Representative for India at the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA), Brussels.
