Neveille Mukerji has over a decade of experience in advising and representing clients on civil and criminal matters alike. He has handled matters and appeared before numerous judicial fora including the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, City Civil Courts, Small Causes Court, Labour and Industrial Courts, Consumer Forums, and similar Tribunals including quasi-judicial authorities including the Enforcement Directorate, Cyber Cell, CBI and the Police. This ensures senior representation as well as sophistication in service to clients, big and small.

He advises clients in relation to employment, data privacy and other white collar crime matters including corporate fraud and compliance-related matters. He has also advised clients in relation to allegations pertaining to sexual harassment, fraud and misconduct by senior officials and theft of confidential and proprietary information.

He has been appointed as an amicus curiae by the Bombay High Court. He has recently been recognized as Asia’s Super 50 Disputes Lawyers as well as India’s Top 30 Disputes Lawyers by Asian Legal Business 2021.
