We are seeking a Senior Associate (4\u20137 years PQE) to join our Real Estate practice. The role involves advising on end\u2011to\u2011end real estate transactions, including traditional property deals and complex corporate real estate investments. The successful candidate will work closely with partners and clients on high\u2011value matters across the entire property lifecycle.<\/p>\n

    Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Advise clients on real estate transactions from initial acquisition or investment through development, leasing, financing, and exit.<\/li>\n
    • Handle corporate real estate investments, joint ventures, and development arrangements.<\/li>\n
    • Conduct title investigations and due diligence for land and real estate assets across India, including coordination with local counsel.<\/li>\n
    • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate documentation, including:<\/li>\n
    • Sale and conveyance documents<\/li>\n
    • Development and joint\u2011venture agreements<\/li>\n
    • Lease and license agreements<\/li>\n
    • Hotel operation and management agreements<\/li>\n
    • Investment and exit documentation<\/li>\n
    • Advise on land use, development laws, and regulatory issues applicable to real estate projects.<\/li>\n
    • Support domestic and offshore clients investing in Indian real estate ventures.<\/li>\n
    • Independently manage client interactions and transaction timelines.<\/li>\n
    • Supervise junior associates and contribute to team development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Candidate Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • B. degree from a recognized university (3\u2011year or 5\u2011year course).<\/li>\n
      • Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.<\/li>\n
      • 4\u20137 years of focused experience in real estate advisory and transactions.<\/li>\n
      • Experience advising on large land acquisitions, development projects, leasing, and real estate investments is preferred.<\/li>\n
      • Ability to work independently on complex matters with minimal supervision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
