The Firm provided assistance in connection with the vendor legal due diligence, and drafting, negotiating and finalization of the transaction documents including Securities Subscription Agreements, Shareholders\u2019 Agreement, and the Promoter Employment Agreements, as well as assistance with closing.<\/p>\n<p>Our Senior Partner, Manav Raheja worked on this transaction.<\/p>\n<p>Saarathi Finance and Credit Private Limited is a newly licensed Greenfield Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), engaged in technology-driven solutions with personalised customer engagement, offering both secured and unsecured loans tailored to the unique needs of MSME.
