Rustam Mulla joins Veritas Legal as Senior Partner

Rustam Mulla is a fourth-generation Advocate & Solicitor with nearly three decades of experience. He has developed a strong expertise across various areas of law, particularly in Real Estate and General Corporate matters. His practice also extends to assist clients on high-stakes litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters.

He also serves as an accredited Independent Director with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and currently serves on the board of a listed and private limited companies. He has also rendered services as an Honorary Legal Advisor to the Jai Vakeel Foundation since 2001.

On Mulla’s joining, Abhijit Joshi, Founding and Managing Partner, Veritas Legal, said, “We have known Rustam for some time and have enjoyed working with him. Mulla began his career in 1997 as a Solicitor Associate with Mulla & Mulla & Craigie Blunt & Caroe, where he served as a Partner from 2001 – 2008. Prior to joining Veritas Legal, he was the Co-founding and Managing Partner at Desai Desai Carrimjee & Mulla (DDCM) since 2008.
