Veritas Legal inducts Manav Raheja into Equity Partnership

Veritas Legal has announced the induction of Senior Partner Manav Raheja into Equity Partnership at the firm.

Raheja is a 2005 graduate of University of Mumbai. He holds an LLM in Banking & Financial Law from the Boston University School of Law.

Raheja specialises in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity & Venture Capital, Joint Ventures, Data Privacy and Employment Law matters, with over two decades of experience. Over the years, he has represented and acted for both strategic and financial investors in a wide range of transactions including high-stake investments, acquisitions, and sale transactions involving share/asset sales and acqui-hires.

He joined Veritas Legal in 2021. Before that he was a Partner at JSA.
