Veritas Legal advised Partners Group in its acquisition of a majority stake in Infinity Fincorp Solutions Private Limited.

Indium IV (Mauritius) Holdings Limited is set to make a sale of Indium and other minority sellers’ entire shareholding in Infinity Fincorp Solutions Private Limited to PG Lotus Pte. Ltd., a portfolio company of Partners Group, and proposed issuance of equity shares to Partners Group and its affiliates.

The transaction culminated in the signing of definitive agreements pursuant to which Partners Group will acquire a significant stake in the Infinity Fincorp Solutions Private Limited.
