Veritas Legal advises on 360 One Alternates’ ₹1,150 crore stake acquisition in Ecoworld SPV
360 ONE Alternates Asset Management Limited has acquired a significant minority stake in Arliga Ecoworld Business Parks Private Limited (Ecoworld SPV), a wholly owned subsidiary of Brookfield India Real Estate Trust.
360 ONE has made an investment of ₹1,150 crore, which includes an equity investment of ₹1,089.82 crore and an NCD investment of ₹60.18 crore.
Veritas Legal advised 360 One Alternates on this stake acquisition. The Firm worked on the legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents and assisted with the closing formalities along with focusing on the Banking & Finance aspects and Real Estate aspects in the transaction.
