Veritas Legal elevates Zenia Cassinath to Partnership

Zenia Cassinath is a 2014 graduate of Savitribai Phule Pune University. She specialises in Antitrust and Competition Law and has been with the firm for nearly a decade.

She has represented both domestic and multinational clients before the Competition Commission of India on a wide variety of matters ranging from merger control to behavioural competition law issues.

Cassinath routinely acts for clients across various industries and sectors on both the buy and sell side of transactions providing strategic advice on antitrust compliance and risk management, counsel on private equity investments, cross-border M&A transactions, and complex corporate restructurings under the Indian competition regime.

Speaking on Cassinath’ s elevation, Abhijit Joshi, Founding and Managing Partner, Veritas Legal, said,
