Kunal Doshi specializes in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity & Venture Capital, General Corporate Advisory and Private Client matters with a focus on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions. Over the course of his legal career spanning a decade and a half, he has acted and advised on various foreign and domestic acquisitions, investments, and joint ventures, including public market deals. Kunal offers pragmatic advice to multinational companies, private equity funds, investment banks and enterprises on highly complex deals. In addition, he also specialises in the franchising and hotels & hospitality spaces, having advised on the legal and regulatory aspects of foreign investments, and issues pertaining to real estate as well.

Kunal is a full member of STEP (Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners) and as part of his comprehensive Private Client practice, Kunal advises on estate succession, the creation and administration of private trust companies, family offices and trusts, asset protection, formation and administration of tax-exempt organizations, and related transactional matters.
