Prachi Dhanani has over a decade of experience in handling matters relating to Commercial Litigation, Dispute Resolution and White Collar Crime before various fora around the country including appearing and arguing in hearings before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts within India, National Company Law Tribunal, and other quasi-judicial authorities. Her practice has evolved over the course of many years and her expertise now ranges from disputes relating to real estate, government policies/regulations, labour laws to intellectual property litigations, and pharmaceutical industry related litigations. She has also handled mediation matters referred to by the Supreme Court of India. She also advises and represents clients in both institutional and ad hoc international and domestic arbitrations. She has acted for business houses and individual clients alike in connection with commercial disputes including shareholder litigations, recovery of debts, winding up proceedings and revival of wound-up companies.

Prachi has been appointed as an External Member of the Internal Complaints Committee of Mayfield constituted under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
