Vineet Nalawalla heads the Real Estate department of the firm and also co-heads the Private Equity in Real Estate and Hotels and Hospitality practices. Vineet’s commercial approach draws on his extensive experience of a decade and a half of representing clients in a broad range of real estate related transactions including acquisition, disposition and financing of real estate transactions, advising on joint ventures for development of real estate and dealing with all aspects of leasing and asset management. He represents prominent domestic developers, and various domestic and foreign businesses, in addressing their real estate concerns across India.

Vineet has been recognised as ‘Rising Star’ for Real Estate (India) by Asialaw Leading Lawyers 2022 and 2023, ‘Rising Star’ for Real Estate and Private Equity (India) by IFLR1000 Guide 2023 and ‘Up and Coming’ for Real Estate (India) by the Chambers & Partners Asia – Pacific Guide 2022.
